Cardiff Postal is an independent shipping store, not a U.S. Post Office. To leave the same day, a package has to be here before that carrier's last drop-off or, for USPS, before the truck. The board shows today's times. UPS, FedEx and DHL list no Saturday drop-off time for this store, so on Saturday the board shows only the USPS truck. The store is closed on Sundays.
